AN1004.16 EOGas 4 Refill Kit

The AN1004.16 EOGas 4 refill kit comes with cartridges, sterilization bags, Humidichips and Dosimeters for 14 cycles. Each cartridge contains 17.6g of EO for use in the corresponding 35-liter sterilization bag (sterilization chamber).
Hermetically sealed glass EO ampoule is encased in a robust polyurethane cartridge. The addition of the trigger guard and safety seal provides a double layer of protection against accidental activation.

AN2203 EZTest Biological Indicator
​
Self-contained Biological Indicators (BI’s) provide sterility assurance for EO cycles. EZTest® contains a high population (10-6) of B. athrophaeus ― sterilization-resistant bacterial spores ― on a filter-paper carrier packaged within a small, thermoplastic culture tube.
Inside the thermoplastic culture tube is a sealed-glass ampoule of specially formulated soybean casein digest culture medium containing a color indicator that turns a dramatic yellow if spores grow. Color change reveals test results after 48 hours of incubation at 37°C.

AN85 Exposure Indicator

Know at a glance which packs have been processed! The AN85 Exposure Indicator is an FDA-cleared, single-use Class or Type 1 process indicator used to distinguish between processed and unprocessed packaged medical devices ― through a visible color change from yellow-green to blue after exposure to EO. Convenient self-stick backing adheres to paper, cloth or plastic wrapping. Use one label for each item.

AN5100 EO Abator Cabinet

The AN5100 EO Abator is designed to remove more than 99% of the ethylene oxide emitted from our Anprolene or EOGas 4 & Plus sterilizers.
The abator employs a dry catalyst resin that converts ethylene oxide to biodegradable organic compounds.
Our systems are recognized for using a microdose of ethylene oxide and our emissions fall well below all federal guidelines. If you choose to abate, remember we have this option for you.

AN5100 Abator Cartridge

Andersen abators are a simple, cartridge-based system designed to remove more than 99% of the ethylene oxide emitted from 200 EO ampoules/cartridges.
​
Replaceable 5100 Abator Cartridges employ a dry catalyst resin that converts ethylene oxide to biodegradable organic compounds. For use with Anprolene or EOGas 4 & Plus sterilizers.
​
The AN5100 Abator Cartridge is utilized within the AN5100 Abator cabinet (sold separately) which is controlled and monitored through a single wire connection to the sterilizer. Sterilizer will automatically alert the operator when it is nearing time to change the cartridge.
